Starting from the Ruins of Samhoc. Enter the castle in the centre.
Head north.
In the path west and a bit north there is an npc blocking a boulder. Stand next to him and type kill kris. Go down the stairs.
Kill all monsters and head north
Kill all monsters and head north

Kill all monsters and head west
Kill all monsters in the map. Head north down the blue path
Kill all monsters and take the key underneath the boulder. Backtrack south and head east down the red path
Kill all monsters. Let's refer to this map as Gate Fork. Follow the red path east.
Kill all monsters. Head north
Kill all monsters. Head west
Apply the lever and return to Gate Fork. Follow the blue path north.
Kill all monsters. Head north
Kill all monsters. Head west

Warning, there is a dark wisp in the map. Kill all monsters. Head south

Kill all monsters. Open the door using the boulder key. This will lead to an invisible maze.

Head north. Open the doors. (8 keys will be used).

Next map is the boss room.

The boss room contains 2 cursed hands and 1 cursed head. Kill them and take the boss keys from their corpse.
Using the boss keys you can enter the loot room. Circled in blue is the Corrupted Crown of Samhoc. The red path is the exit
