Description
Spells can be from more than one element.
Your skill points in an element changes the effectiveness of the spell you're casting. This effectiveness varies based on the spell.
The eight Elements are paired — Fire/Water, Earth/Air, Life/Death, Mind/Spirit. Items or enchantments that improve one element often weaken the opposite element.
The 8 Elements
Fire — Spells that produce or affect fire or heat.
Water — Spells that produce or affect water or ice.
Earth — Spells that produce or affect earth or the flesh.
Air — Spells that produce or affect air or electricity.
Life — Spells that involve protection or life.
Death — Spells that involve death or destruction.
Mind — Spells that involve the mind or willpower.
Spirit — Spells that involve pure magic.
