Description
Archers prefer to use bows and their wit to strike their enemies down from afar.
Prerequisites
- 20,000 gold
- Level 10
- Solved the Pirate Island quest. (You may pay 25 Crowns to skip this requirement.)
Restrictions
- To gain Guild Experience, you must kill monsters using missiles fired from bows, crossbows, and other range weapons..
Location
The Archer's Guild is located in the Elf town, Almien.
Other
- Archers gain access to Archer-only Woodland armor, various bows, elemental arrows, the Jar of Fireflies item and Woodland Quiver.
- Players who join the Guild get a custom image.
- The guild commands are archerwho and archertell.
- Arrow loss rate is approx 4% for regular arrows/bolts, 0.5% for slaying/elemental/ghost type, and 5% for medusa type (not yet added). [Source is Rhialto's shout message on 12/27/2020]
Woodland Armor Stats
All armor is enchantable (except the amulet), and usable only by Archers. One piece shows up in the guild shop every time it resets, with equal probability of it being any one of them except the shield, which appears much less often than 1 time in 1000. Only the chainmail and shield bungle.
