Located in the far North, East of the Mist Temple and West of Lirkka, the Untrainer can un-train skills, restoring the skill points spent on those skills.
Untraining costs 100gp currently.
The Department of Transportation in Minath Elion has a portal to the Untrainer that costs 900gp.
There is an ATM on the premises.
