guild experience is different from normal experience
command to see your guild experience
guildscore
each guild has a specific set of rule that must be follow before accumilating experience and leveling up your rank in the guild . this might include killing monsters only with certain weapon types/magic damage or some oppose restrictions of armor worn or ?paladin restriction.
the following table shows the amount of guildexperience needed to level up your guildscore
