Alignment is a numeral value assigned to players and monsters, typically ranging from -1000 to 1000, with 0 being Neutral. Alignment affects the guild standing of Paladins as well as the Respect Score[1] of summoned monsters.

As a player defeats hostile enemies, their alignment will increase. If a player attacks an enemy that is not hostile, they will lose alignment value.

A monster's alignment can reach below -1000 and above 1000.
