A Bag Namer allows the player to rename their various bags/containers. To use it, drop the bag you want to rename and type Name <whatever>. Bag Namers can generally be found in blacksmiths, but some rather central locations are the Minath blacksmith, the Varak blacksmith, or the Alaria blacksmith.
