Location

This RD requires VIP Lounge access (1000 Crowns). Go to Minath Elion and go to the town center which is two maps north if not using DoT. Enter the Crown Lounge located on the east side. Take the spiral staircase up on the north side. The RD is located on the west side of the VIP Lounge.
